The challenge
As a time-sensitive coal trading business, KAMI needed high-performance computing for its in-house applications and wanted to modernise its infrastructure. It chose Google Cloud and Cloud Ace to lead that move.
What we did
- Fully migrated KAMI's applications and systems from a local VPS to Google Compute Engine
- Ran a bottom-up migration that upgraded security controls and policies to Google Cloud standards
- Introduced Google Workspace and migrated email and documents into new Workspace domains
- Acted as the primary IT consultation point and set the blueprint for KAMI's cloud journey
