The challenge
PRAMITA, a nationwide Indonesian medical laboratory and clinic network, wanted better server performance and an Indonesian data centre location. As a fast-growing business, it also needed a partner who could guide it in the right direction quickly.
What we did
- Led PRAMITA's onboarding and migration from DigitalOcean Droplets to Google Compute Engine
- Prepared a detailed migration blueprint and configured networking, servers, and the application stack to Google Cloud best practice
- Used a platform-as-a-service approach and Database Migration Service to reduce complexity
- Introduced Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, and Google Workspace, and guided project scope and IAM levels
The results
- Work in Google Cloud performed smoothly, with no reported incidents during the engagement
- Regular sync-ups kept the Cloud Ace and PRAMITA teams aligned throughout
