The challenge
TASPEN, the state-owned social insurance provider for civil servants, needed a comprehensive pension super app to meet growing demand for integrated services. The app had to centralise pension management and give users account information, retirement planning, health insurance options, and financial advisory in one place, with real-time updates, secure document storage, and personalised notifications.
What we did
- Won TASPEN's infrastructure procurement and built the platform on Google Cloud from the ground up
- Deployed the application across Compute Engine, Google Kubernetes Engine, OpenShift, and AlloyDB, while TASPEN's in-house team built the super app
- Ran preparation, planning, and implementation end to end
- Tuned the environment for performance and reliability at national scale
